What you need to do :
Design up to four horses with the Papillon gene. any type.
What you can do :
Add any other gene of mine.
Use someone else breed if they are listed in the deviation and you have the permission from  breed owner
Horses can be : Norwegian Papillicorn http://fav.me/d5y184p , Sylvarius http://fav.me/d5hvbj3 , unicorn, or unicorn cross.
Prizes :
-For Up to standard designs -
CAN be kept by their designer (1 per person).
-For Best designs (judge is me)-
CAN be kept by the designer along with another of their design if it is up to standard (designer can decide to gift/sell the second horse).
Designer will be rewarded a part of the 700 I offer.
An temporary Import designer license (for a certain amount of horses), winner would be able to design papillon horse/norwegian ppli
