I want to say that you have done fabulous work on these and I was wondering if I could include these in a journal of a color guide resource of a HARPG breed I admin?

Just a thumb in a journal for colors and whatnot.
Is that alright?

Used here for my HARPG stable. Thanks for the references!
I'm sure I recognise the second image; is it by any chance Sol from Bolton Gate? I used to ride their before I got my own! :)

I'm thinking that flaxen liver chestnut may be a silver dapple (see the dark roots on the mane and the dapples on the main body? And if you click through their website to his registration papers he is registered as a silver dapple, in fact) but this is a good resource :)

Hmm that's strange because silver dose not show on silver's they only carry it

I'm thinking of doing an update of these now I know more about them

Thank you

It's not a chestnut based horse, it is a black based horse :) "Silver dapple" is silver on a black horse, "silver bay" is silver on a bay horse, and silver on a chestnut horse doesn't show since they are just a carrier. Silver lightens the mane and tail and on a black horse it also lightens the body color to a liver-chestnut-like shade and gives them dapples.

Yes I know I just have never seen it lighten the coat that much.all the silver black horses I have seen and herd off have been black coated maybe more like faded black with there winter coat

Like I said I'm more knowledgeable about genetics now and will be updating these

But you can understand how I thought this was a flaxen liver chestnut

You have flaxen chestnut labeled as liver chestnut, just a heads up. ;) Everything is lovely, however! It's a nice resource for digital artists.
